No. Once you purchase a Checkpoint, no subscription is required to operate it. We offer four subscription tiers depending on the level of customization, branding, and data access you need — see below.

There are four tiers depending on how much customization, branding, and data access you need.

• Free — One-time customization of your receipt design and digital image. Future design changes are $100 each.
• Base ($99/mo) — Access to the box and receipt designer to update receipt design, box colors, and digital overlays anytime.
• Studio ($199/mo) — Everything in Base, plus full data access: photos, emails, phone numbers, metrics dashboard, and customer reach-outs.
• Label ($499/mo) — Everything in Studio with a full white label: custom landing pages, removal of Checkpoint branding, full data access, and more hands-on support.

Power, a stable Wi-Fi connection, and 3⅛" thermal paper are all you need.

Pricing starts at $3,000 to buy or as low as $250/month. Event rentals start at $2,000/day.

Yes — Checkpoint is available as a 1-year lease-to-own agreement starting at $250/month, with a 4-month minimum commitment.

Every Checkpoint ships with starter paper rolls and a set-up guide.

Yes — pre-orders are fully refundable. When your pre-order is ready, we'll reach out to finalize your order (box color, subscription tier, and any add-ons). Your deposit goes toward your final purchase. See our purchase terms for the binding details.

Yes — every Checkpoint comes with a 1-year warranty for normal use. Damage outside of typical use isn't covered.
