SMS Terms

By providing Future Primitive, Inc. DBA Checkpoint and our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Checkpoint”, “we”, “us” or “our”) with your mobile telephone number, you agree to receive informational and transactional text messages from us and our representatives, which may include SMS, MMS and other text messages (“Communications”). Such Communications may be directed to any telephone number that you supply to us in connection with your creation and maintenance of an account or use of our products or services or that you otherwise agree we may use to communicate with you. Communications may include but are not limited to transactional, operational and customer service communications, orders, payments, or messages related to your use of our products or services.

If you provide your prior express written consent, Communications to the phone number you consent to may also include advertising, marketing and promotional content. Such Communications may include informing you of interactions with your Checkpoint Notes, print status updates, refill alerts. IF YOU OPT-IN TO RECEIVE PROMOTIONAL TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS, YOU AUTHORIZE CHECKPOINT TO SEND OFFERS, PROMOTIONS AND OTHER MARKETING-RELATED COMMUNICATIONS VIA TEXT MESSAGE TO THE TELEPHONE NUMBER YOU SPECIFY.

YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO PROVIDE THESE CONSENTS TO BE SENT COMMUNICATIONS AT THE PHONE NUMBER(S) YOU PROVIDE. YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY COMPETENT AND HAVE LEGAL AUTHORITY TO FORM A CONTRACT AND PROVIDE THIS CONSENT WITH REGARD TO THE PHONE NUMBER YOU PROVIDE AND THAT YOU RESIDE IN THE UNITED STATES. YOU MAY NOT CONSENT ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE OR PROVIDE SOMEONE ELSE’S PHONE NUMBER. YOU AGREE THAT TEXT MESSAGES MAY BE SENT USING AN AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE DIALING SYSTEM OR OTHER AUTOMATED TECHNOLOGY. MESSAGE FREQUENCY WILL VARY. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT CARRIER MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY TO ANY TEXT MESSAGES YOU RECEIVE, INCLUDING OUR CONFIRMATION TEXTS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR CARRIER RATE PLAN. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR MOBILE SERVICE CARRIER’S PRICING PLAN TO DETERMINE THE CHARGES FOR BROWSING DATA AND SENDING AND RECEIVING TEXT MESSAGES. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO CONSENT TO RECEIVE AUTODIALED PROMOTIONAL TEXT MESSAGES AS A CONDITION OF ANY PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WE OFFER.

By replying “STOP” to any text message you receive from us, you can opt out at any time of receiving further text messages from us. However, you acknowledge that opting out of receiving text messages may impact your use of our products or services. When you opt-out, you agree we may send you an opt-out confirmation message.

We and your wireless carrier are not liable for any failed, delayed or undelivered messages. Text message services are provided on an “AS IS” basis. Data obtained from you in connection with any text message services may include your cell phone number, your provider’s name and the date, time and content of your text messages. Internet access is required to receive Communications.
